The Upper St. Clair Panthers Football team opened the 2017 season with a lose to Steubenville Friday night in a non-conference game by the score of 37-7. The Girls Varsity golf team opened the 2017 season with an impressive victory over Bethel Park by the score of 194-230. Low scores for the Panthers were Mary Groninger and Meredith Engel with scores of 44’s. The girls will be in action again on Tuesday, August 29th against Moon Area High School.
Congratulations to the girls tennis team for winning their opening match against Canon Mac yesterday. Points came from Fallon Winseck in 2nd singles and Shamalee Joshi in 3rd singles. In doubles, Gia Winseck and Danni Gibbons scored a point as well as Sabrina Slagle and Samantha Spina. The girls will have their first home match
The boys varsity golf team began the 2017 season with a win over Canon Mac yesterday at Lindenwood Golf Club. The Panthers came out on top by the score of 199-11. The medalist for the day was Nathan Piatt with a score of 36. Congratulations to the entire team! The team will be in action again
Pre-sale tickets for the Upper St. Clair vs. Steubenville game will go on sale in the athletic office tomorrow morning. Adult tickets are $7 and student tickets are $2.

USC community pep rally set for Aug. 31 The Upper St. Clair School District will host its first-ever Community Pep Rally at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31, 2017, at the high school stadium.
